2011 Tour de Paradise Routes
All Rides will start and finish at Moon Valley Park, 7th Ave. & Coral Gables Dr. in Phoenix.
Limited parking at Moon Valley Park. Enter lot off Coral Gables on east side of park.
Additional parking available at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 330 W Coral Gables, Phoenix, 85023, directly east of Moon Valley Park.

8 Mile Ride

Begin at Moon Valley Park, 7th Ave. and Coral Gables Drive.
Leave Moon Valley Park turning left onto Coral Gables Drive, head east.
Follow Coral Gables to Moon Valley Drive; turn right, following the bike route signs. Stay on Moon Valley Dr. past the Moon Valley Country Club looping around the Country Club to Coral Gables Drive.
At Coral Gables turn right at the stop sign and continue on ‘till you are back at Moon Valley Park.
The route is a circle and a marked bike route, doing two loops will equal 8 miles.
Riders may loop only once, for a total of 4 miles.

30 Mile Ride

Begin at Moon Valley Park, 7th Ave. and Coral Gables Drive.

Leave Moon Valley Park turning left onto Coral Gables Drive.
Turn right onto Moon Valley Drive.
Follow Moon Valley Drive to Coral Gables.
Turn right onto Coral Gables and follow it to 7th Ave.
Turn Left on 7th Ave and stay on 7th Ave to Union Hills Rd.
Turn Right on Union Hills to 44th St.
Right on 44th St. to Paradise Lane.
Left on Paradise Lane to 64th St.
Right on 64th St. to Sweetwater. First water stop is at the park at 56th St. and Sweetwater.
Leave the park, go Right on Sweetwater to 56th St. Left on 56th to Cholla.
Right on Cholla to 24th St. Right on 24th St. to Sweetwater.
Left on Sweetwater to 20th St. Right on 20th St. to Monte Christo.
Left on Monte Christo to 18th St. Right on 18th St. to Paradise Lane.
Left on Paradise Lane to Moon Valley Drive.
At Coral Gables, turn right onto Coral Gables and continue until you return to Moon Valley Park. This will be 30 miles.

Metric Century

Begin at Moon Valley Park, 7th Ave. and Coral Gables Drive.
Go North on 7th Ave. to Union Hills.
Right on Union Hills to 44th St.
Right on 44th St. to Paradise Lane.
Left on Paradise Lane to 64th St.
Right on 64th St. to Sweetwater. First water stop is at the park at 56th St. and Sweetwater.
Leave the park, go Right on Sweetwater to 56th St.
Left on 56th to Cholla.
Right on Cholla to 24th St.
Right on 24th St. to Sweetwater.
Left on Sweetwater to 20th St.
Right on 20th St. to Monte Christo.
Left on Monte Christo to 18th St.
Right on 18th St. to Paradise Lane
Left on Paradise Lane to Moon Valley Drive. Until this point, this route is the same as the 30 mile route. But at Moon Valley Drive and Coral Gables, take a right at the stop sign on Coral Gables to Moon Valley Park. This will be the 2nd water stop. This will be 27 miles.
Leave Moon Valley Park go North on 7th Ave. to Deer Valley.
Right on Deer Valley to Cave Creek Rd.
Left on Cave Creek to Pinnacle Peak.
Right on Pinnacle Peak to 40th St.
Right on 40th St to Deer Valley. Right on Deer Valley. The second water stop on this 35 mile loop is at Pinnacle High School, just south of Deer Valley and Black Mountain. The water stop will be stationed by the football field building.
After the Pinnacle High School water stop, continue west on Deer Valley to 19th Ave.
Right on 19th Ave. to Jomax, where the road turns left. Take the 2nd right, following the bike route sign, through the housing community down to Norterra Parkway.
Right on Norterra to the 3-way stop just past the canal.
Go left to Malvern Trail
Right on Malvern Trail through the 2 roundabouts, past the Fireside at Norterra recreation center.
Right at the stop sign.
Left at the 3 way stop onto Norterra Parkway.
Follow Norterra Parkway to the final water stop at The Shops at Norterra, 2460 W Happy Valley Road.
Right out of the parking lot, cross Happy Valley Road, proceed south to Pinnacle Peak.
Left on Pinnacle Peak to 19th Ave.
Right on 19th Ave. to Deer Valley
Left on Deer Valley to 7th Ave.
Right on 7th Ave to Coral Gables. Look for the park on your left as you come to Coral Gables.
Left at the stop sign and the entrance to the park is about 100 yards on the left.
