Thank you for helping the Valley's homebound seniors, older adults and family caregivers by taking the challenge. You may mail the registration form along with your registration fee and donations by April 5th, you may register online until 3:00 pm Friday, April 9th, or you may register at check-in the day of the event.

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED - You may still register at the ride check-in on Saturday, April 10th, at  Moon Valley Park (7th Ave. & West Coral Gables in Phoenix).   

Individual: $40
Team of five or more: $35 per rider
Day of event registration: $50

Bring registration form, photo ID, ride fee, pledge form/donations to the registration table.
